Man arrested in deadly traffic shooting
Las Vegas police on Monday arrested a man wanted in the December death of another man who was shot while waiting in traffic.
Ralph Fuller, 50, was charged with murder with a deadly weapon and booked into the Clark County Detention Center.
He is accused of killing Michael McDaniel, who was shot around 8:45 a.m. Dec. 16 at the corner of Martin Luther King Boulevard and Owens Avenue.

Bomber's son pleads not guilty to motorcycle theft
(AP) — The son of convicted Oklahoma City bombing coconspirator Terry Nichols has pleaded not guilty to charges that he stole a motorcycle. A judge today let 26-year-old Joshua Isaac Nichols remain free on $6,000 bail so he could continue residential drug treatment. Trial was set for April.

DA seeks death penalty in former Olympian slaying
(AP) — Prosecutors say they'll seek the death penalty against a man who pleaded not guilty to shooting a former Olympic boxer to death in Las Vegas last August.

Abducted North Las Vegas man found in Henderson
(AP) - Police say a man who was beaten and abducted from in front of his North Las Vegas home has been found safe at a house in Henderson, and three alleged kidnappers are in custody.

Silver State Bancorp files for bankruptcy
Silver State Bancorp, the Henderson-based holding company for failed Silver State Bank, Tuesday filed for bankruptcy, showing $24.6 million in assets and $69.9 million in unsecured liabilities.

Shuffle Master executive under investigation leaves company
A Shuffle Master Gaming executive under investigation by the Securities and Exchange Commission has left the company. In a one-paragraph filing with the SEC late Monday, Shuffle Master said Senior Vice President Brooke Dunn “ceased his full time employment with the company, effective Dec. 31.”
