Once that you have selected a property, contact us so that we can open and "show" the interior of the property to you.
If you like the house after viewing and would like to proceed with the leasing process, please download a copy of the Rental Application. Complete the application in it's entirety and submit the application along with the appropriate fees to our office located at:

After we receive your application along the background fees, we will proceed with the background checks and the leasing paperwork and start the process of your move into your new home.
Leasing approval are subject to: Credit checks: FICO scores less than 620 must be throughly explained.
FICO scores less than 600 may require additional security
deposit. We will advise accordingly. Employment history Income requirement
a.) Mininum income requirements: Rents cannot exceed one half of the total
