The popularity of high rise residential tower communities is on the rise. And no where is that more evident than in Las Vegas. According to a recent article in the Las Vegas Sun, “What started as a trickle of proposed high rise projects has quickly turned into a flood as land owners and developers think of ways to cash in on the latest Las Vegas building boom.”

Simply stated, nine out of sixty four proposed high rise residential buildings have broken ground in Las Vegas as of Fall 2004. The Clark County Commission has approved multiple high rise condominiums at least 25 stories high near The Strip.
