Streamline Tower Contracts With Martin-Harris Construction As General Contractor 
Las Vegas, Nev. (April 7, 2006) – Streamline Tower has announced that Martin-Harris Construction, a veteran of the Southern Nevada construction industry for nearly three decades, has been chosen as general contractor for the new Downtown Las Vegas luxury high-rise condominium development.
            Excavation of the 21-story, 275-unit condominium began yesterday and utility relocation has been completed.  Streamline Tower is expected to be completed in 2007.
Streamline contracted with Martin-Harris Construction based on its nearly 29-year track record in the Nevada building industry. One of Nevada’s most prominent builders, the Company is listed among Southwest Contractor Magazine's "Top 10 Nevada General Contractors."   Martin Harris has the capacity to act as contractor-builder to execute very significant segments of their projects, ensuring quality and attention to detail in every building element.

Founded by Frank Martin, Martin-Harris was licensed by the Nevada State Contractors Board in February 1977. Since that time their expertise has been used on projects in Nevada, Arizona, Utah, New Mexico and California.
