Also, Saturdays are by appointment only. Sundays, we are closed. Please take care of all the necessary paperwork and finances a day or two prior to your actual move-in date. Following these simple steps will reduce complication and thus, reduce the stress of moving. Extra Keys: We supply TWO keys for the rental dwelling. We do NOT give you a set of keys for everyone in the family. Additional sets, including garage door or gate openers, pool keys etc., may be purchase by the tenant separately at Home Depot or WalMart. Keys that are issured by the Home Owner's Association, i.e. Gate Keys, swimming pool access keys, park keys, etc. needs to be coordinated through the National Properties property management office. Please contact the property management clerks to coordinate extra keys that can only be access through the HOA. Charges will apply for such keys and services. Early move-in: Early move-in is NOT allowed. There are tooooooooo many liability issues when a tenant moves-in prior to the actual commencement of their lease, therefore, we do NOT allow early move-in.... So don't even ask. Thank you for understanding.
