Residential Rental Marketing Plan

We will Immediately input your rental property into the National Properties system.
    1.) Perform Rental Competitive Marketing Analysis (CMA), Insure that the highest rental rate is charged with the least amount of vacancy allowance.

    2.) Physically evaluate the property and perform marketing and set-up duties.

    3.)  Take pictures of the property.
             a.) For marketing and advertising  purposes
             b.) For Multiple website entry and inputing
             c.) Dissemination of information to prospective tenants.
             d.) Initiate marketing strategy
             e.)  Create information Flyers
     4.)  Identify vacancy (if applicable)
           a.)   Send correspondence and/or acknowledgement to the tenants.
           b.)   Immediately and properly process rental payments
            c.) Initiate marketing strategy
   
 
      5.)  Coordinate with maintenance vendors and other vendors if the property needs maintenance and/or cleaning.
